The Iroquois Loj is nestled near a babbling brook in the exclusive Fawn Ridge development right off of Lake Placid's main thoroughfare.  Convenient to downtown Lake Placid, White Face Mountain and other local attractions, the Loj sits on a 1.5 acre plot, adjacent to the original (retired) 1932 Olympic Ski run on one side with Forever Wild property on the other, ensuring that the spacious surroundings will remain pristine and undisturbed.

This new luxurious, 5400 sq. ft., 6 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths Adirondack style home has all the amenities you may desire and more to serve as an excellent launching pad for your Adirondack vacation, all right in the heart of Lake Placid.  In addition to the 12 people that can sleep comfortably in the six oversized bedrooms, there are two full/queen sized sofa beds, a queen sized luxury, standard height, automatic air bed, a single roll-away bed and a portable crib for your convenience.

From the seven-person Jacuzzi to the expansive chef's kitchen complete with granite countertops and all the essential cooking equipment you’ll need, you'll find every aspect of the Iroquois Loj to be a cut above.  As an added bonus, there are a number of completely free amenities provided, including wireless high-speed internet, digital cable throughout, free local and domestic long distance calling, home office complete with computer, color printer, fax machine and copier for your convenience, and more.  A high-capacity washer and dryer and dishwasher are also among the vast amenities.

The six bedrooms consist of four master suites, each with walk-in closets and private bathrooms, and two large additional bedrooms that share a common bathroom.  There is also an additional half bath for convenience and guests.  The spacious Great Room with fire place adjoins the dining room, which opens up to the three season screen sun porch.  The sun porch opens up to the expansive deck that includes the Jacuzzi and fire pit.

The recreation room is the perfect place for children or others to gather and play everything from poker, board games or the X-Box, or just curl up and watch a good movie.  There is a kitchenette in the recreation room for your convenience.  Equipment for outdoor activities, including baseball, volleyball, racquetball and more are also available for your use.

Right outside your door step, you’ll find a crystal clear babbling brook running nearby, Lake Placid (the actual lake itself) a five minute walk away and more fresh air than you can handle!  Less than 15 minutes away you’ll find a wide variety of outdoor activities including White Face Mountain Ski Center, several championship golf courses, rock climbing, fishing, hiking, boating, kayaking,  white-water rafting, mountain biking and more.  Less than five minutes away, and within walking distance, you’ll find Lake Placid’s quaint downtown center with a wide variety of local specialty shops, antique stores, outlets and dining ranging from quick bites to exquisite dining.

At the Iroquois Loj, we want you to feel completely at home, with all your needs met.  Extended stays can also take advantage of our house-keeping service for a nominal charge.  From short-term vacation rentals to long term arrangements, the Loj offers a true home away from home. 

Rates

-          Weekly Rental Rates: $4950/week Peak, $3850/week Off Peak. 

-          Daily Rate: $875/day Peak, $675/day Off Peak. Three night minimum.

-          Off Peak dates are March 15 – May 15 and Sept 15 – Nov 15.
